2. Acceptance of Terms

By using our website, requesting a quote, or hiring us for any service, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use our website or services.

3. Use of Our Website

You agree to use our website for lawful purposes only. You must not:

4. Our Services & Client Responsibilities

a) Proposals:

All proposals and quotations are valid for 15 days unless otherwise stated.

b) Client Cooperation:

For timely delivery, you agree to provide us with necessary access such as website admin, hosting, Google Analytics, ad accounts, logo, content, and other business information. Delays from your side in providing content or approvals may extend project timelines.

c) Third-Party Platforms:

Our services depend on third-party platforms like Google, Meta, Instagram, etc. We are not responsible for downtime, policy changes, or account suspensions/bans caused by these platforms or due to your business niche violating their ad policies.

d) Content Approval:

You are responsible for approving all ad creatives, content, and website copy before it goes live.

5. Payments, Ad Spend & Refunds

a) Payments:

All services require a 50% to 100% advance payment to start work, unless a monthly retainer model is agreed upon. Monthly retainers are to be paid in advance on or before the 1st of every month.

b) Ad Spend:

Your advertising budget (Google Ads spend, Meta Ads spend) is separate from our service fees and is payable directly to the advertising platform. We do not include ad spend in our fees unless explicitly mentioned.

c) Refunds:

Due to the nature of digital services, fees once paid for work already started are non-refundable. If a project is cancelled midway, the advance paid for work completed will not be refunded.

6. Project Timelines & Revisions

We strive to deliver all projects on time. Estimated timelines will be shared in the proposal. We provide reasonable revisions as mentioned in your package. Extra revisions or scope changes will be chargeable.

7. Intellectual Property

Once full payment is received, the final deliverables (website, creatives, content) belong to you. Until then, all intellectual property remains with Adintra Digital Solution.

We reserve the right to showcase your project in our portfolio, case studies, social media, and on our website for marketing purposes, unless you request otherwise in writing.

All content on our website, including text, graphics, logos, and images, is our property and protected by copyright.

8. Confidentiality

We keep all your business information, logins, and marketing strategies strictly confidential and will not share them with any third party. We expect the same confidentiality regarding our strategies, proposals, and pricing.

9. Limitation of Liability

Our services are provided on an "as is" basis. To the fullest extent permitted by law, Adintra Digital Solution shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, loss of profits, data, or business arising from your use of our website or services.

10. Termination

We reserve the right to terminate or suspend services for any client who violates these Terms, fails to make payments, or engages in abusive behavior. You can terminate a monthly service with a 15-day written notice before the next billing cycle.

11. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and interpreted in accordance with the laws of India. Any disputes shall be subject to the jurisdiction of courts in Indore, Madhya Pradesh.
